EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
- Available free of charge to help employees resolve personal concerns by providing confidential, short-term intervention and counseling, as well as referral to other appropriate sources.
401(k) PLAN
- Employees who meet a minimum number of working hours can contribute pre-tax dollars (or post tax Roth) to the Plan. The amount selected is matched up to 3% by the company after the employee has completed one year of service, and working a minimum number of hours. Fully vested after two years of employment.
PAID LEAVE PROGRAMS – available to employees classified as ¾-Time or Full-Time
- Holidays-DSC observes 11 paid holidays each year.
- Paid Leave Benefit (PLB) – Regular, full-time employees earn 14 hours of PLB per month for a total of 168 hours per year, which may be used for vacations and/or short-term illness. 3/-4-Time Employees earn 10 hours per month.
- Reserve Account Benefit – Regular, full-time employees earn four hours per month (3/4-time employees accrue three hours per month), which accumulate in a Reserve Account to provide some protection from pay loss due to hospitalization or long-term, serious medical problems.

PART-TIME PAID LEAVE
- Part-time employees accrue one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
- Employees are paid up to $1000 for each successful candidate they refer for employment. The hired candidate is paid up to $500. These referral bonuses are paid out over the course of the first six months of the hired candidate’s employment.
